Terms and Conditions When Enrolling On A Course

Registering via this website

  1. Your booking for a course will be confirmed when confirmation of payment has been received.  When paying via EFT, please send proof of payment to 
    info@skillscampus.co.za
  2. Detail arrangements will be communicated via email at least 72 hours prior to the commencement of the training course.
  3. Ensure that all compliance documents are uploaded during the registration process for the courses that requires such, i.e. SETA and QCTO accredited courses and qualifications.  The list of these required documents could be course specific.  Therefore these will be communicated on the website per course.
  4. Please note that Face-to-Face training pricing excludes catering.  You are welcome to bring your own lunch or lite lunches can be purchased at the venue.

Minimum number of delegates booked on Face-to-Face courses

  1. We might need to cancel/postpone/reschedule training courses if the minimum number of delegates per course required is not achieved.
  2. In such a case, you will be notified at least 72 hours prior to the course date.
  3. You will then have the option to:
    • choose a different available date
    • complete the course online if this option is available
    • request a full refund. 

Cancellations & refunds

  1. There are no cancellation fees for changes or cancellation to your booking by you – 72 hours before the course date.
  2. However, for cancellations by you within 72 hours of the course date, we charge a 50% cancellation fee.
  3. For non-attendance on the day of the course, we charge a 100% cancellation fee.
  4. No refunds for non-attendance or non-submissions are available.

In summary

  • You need to submit your enrolment form with compliance documents and Proof of Payment before attendance.
  • Face-to-face training excludes catering.
  • All submissions and contact after the training days will be done electronically.
  • The responsibility falls on the learner to submit and remediate the assignments in order to gain the qualification / credits.
  • No refunds for non-attendance or non-submission.
  • If the minimum number for face-to-face is not enrolled the session will be conducted only as an online session.
